Cloverleaf Firearms Training Group is pleased to announce that they will be conducting an NRA
Basic Range Safety Officer Course.
Saturday March 8, 2025 8:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
Unified Sportsmen’s Club (approx 7.5 mi w of Rexburg, Hwy 33)
Cost of class is $100.00 Class size is limited to 5 students. To ensure a place in this class please
register early by completing the form and sending via e-mail to fmjakubowski@gmail.com
stating your intent to
attend this class. You may also register and pay for the class through the Unified Sportsmen’s Club website
(USCIdaho.org). Bring a sack lunch, refreshments will be provided and wear clothing appropriate for the weather.
NRA Range Safety Officer Course
Course Description: Develops NRA Certified Range Safety Officers with the knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to organizing,
conducting, and supervising safe shooting activities and range operations. This course is nine hours long and is conducted in a
classroom and at a shooting facility. Range Safety Officer candidates will learn roles and responsibilities of an RSO; Range Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs); range inspection; range rules; range briefings; emergency procedures; and firearm stoppages and
malfunctions. Each Range Safety Officer Candidate will receive an RSO Student Study Guide and an NRA Gun Safety Rules
brochure. Range Safety Officer candidates are required to attend the entire class, complete an examination with a score of 90% or
greater and be at least 21 years of age to qualify as an RSO.
This class will be taught by certified NRA Chief Range Safety Officers.
